Poh Ai Leng, is currently serving as a Media Analyst at SEDAR Institute.

After obtaining her Diploma in Mass Communication from Han Chiang College in 2003, she joined a Chinese newspaper and served as a journalist from 2003 till 2007. During that period, she covered socio-political, cultural, education and criminal issues.

From March 2007 till March 2008, she served as a special assistant to the State Assemblyman for Batu Uban, Penang.
